He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary (lung) Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, and Sleep Medicine.

Nursing experience included adult and pediatric critical care. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner practiced in Family Practice/Urgent Care for 2 years; working in Pulmonology/Sleep medicine since 2006.
